Fixed consulting formats
Trustworthy mountain guides know the way, have many years of experience in guiding people, adapting individually to their customers, assessing risks and avoiding accidents. Likewise should a good consultant be for you. Standard consulting concepts or formats can never be fully adapted to individual use cases. For this reason, MH1 Consulting develops with a solid knowledge of many standard concepts innovative, customized solution concepts taking into account the individual situation of the person or the company. Just like the good mountain guide, I support and accompany my customers safely on their way to the desired destination.

Values:
Since decision-making processes touch many dimensions, it is crucial on which foundation they are evaluated. MH1 Consulting Christian basic values are the basis of every consultation. These values are sincerity, commitment, justice, charity, loyalty, compassion, diligence, non-violence and moral courage. The idea that these values are opposed to all people involved in the company but also to the company or the institution.

Individual coaching for executives
One person alone cannot do everything and not control everything, it needs a handing over of responsibility, so that in interaction diversity for the solution of diverse problem scenarios becomes clear and in a certain “differentiation” – also from economic point of view – resources are used. In the Bible, we find a report that shows very well what good accompaniment should look like.

The Jitro principle according to Exodus 18 verse 14b “What are you doing with the people?”.

Good support in moderation / mentoring / coaching has 4 different aspects.

Know: Oscar Wilde says “A human past is what it is. It is the only yardstick by which it can be measured. “
To help people to deal with a personal conflict, often psychotherapeutic concepts are enough. To be able to really help a person in a crisis, even for choosing the right concepts, they bring a healthy amount of knowledge about a person’s past. In order to accompany and develop companies or organizations out of conflict, there is a need for special knowledge beyond the history of a company
• The complex relationships
• The concrete goals
• The possibilities and limitations
Jitro had met Moses in all aspects of his personality in everyday life for over 40 years. Jitro knew about the strengths and weaknesses of Moses.

Competence: The quote is handed down by Georg Baselitz “I first expect competence from a critic.” The attempt to separate constructive criticism from topic-related competence must fail. Only solid foundations allow a complete assessment of the situation from a theoretical, a social as well as a technical perspective.
Jitro had certainly gained in his life good knowledge and experience as spiritual and organizational leader of a large clan. Many aspects of his experience were directly applicable to the situation of Moses.

Apply: Competence should never serve only the self-representation of the individual. Herbert Spencer seems to refer to this when he says, “The great goal of education is not knowledge but action.”
Only when extensive knowledge of a situation and a complex understanding of the circumstances is combined with competences in different areas does this ensure a positive change in circumstances.
Jitro did not draw conclusions hastily, but could understand the situation of the people in many aspects. Based on his knowledge, he makes only a specific proposal to improve the situation. Jitro is well aware that a full implementation of his proposal has far-reaching consequences in many areas

Accompanying: If a problem is recognized and the required resources including all competencies are available, targeted external help can be integrated. Unfortunately, individual components are often shortened or completely omitted due to lack of resources. A positive change is still achievable, but remains far behind what could be realized.

Jitro knows Moses and knows about his strengths and weaknesses. He takes the time to understand the current situation. He is competent in all aspects that needs a positive change in the situation and is ready to actively accompany his son-in-law
