Jitro had met Moses personally in all aspects of Moses for over 40 years.
Knowledge: Sound fundamentals allow a general evaluation of the situation from a theoretical perspective, both socially and professionally.
Jitro had certainly gained good knowledge and experience in his life as a spiritual leader of a clan. Much of his experience could be applied to Moses situation.
Understanding: Combining extensive knowledge of a situation and circumstances with competence in different areas allows for a complex understanding of the circumstances and a definition of the required activities.
Jitro did not draw conclusions hastily but could understand the situation in all aspects.
Accompanying: If a problem has been identified, the required resources including all competences are available and targeted external help can be integrated.
Jitro knows, understands, is competent and willing to actively accompany his son-in-law.
